| Thanks for the advise and the article. I've never read any health books or health ads before. I get all the infomation I have from news2houston.I haven't ate bread in seven yrs. If I buy a burger or chicken sandwich I take off the bread and I don't eat fries . No more gravy biskets ,corn or mac&cheez. I'm 5'11" 238lb 32yrs.old I workout 4 to 5 days aweek mostly 5days for 2hrs. Run 10 to 15 miles aweek .I used to seven yrs. ago weigh 259lb. Started new eating habits joined balleys gym drop to 210lb. with the help of ephedrine. No longer available,started gaining 2lb.every 2 weeks. |

| if you're gaining 1 lb a week without trying to, then I suggest you get to a doctor right away! A good chance your thyroid isn't up to par. Most people who are fat didn't get that way over nite, when I was 325 at 50%BF I thought "when did I gain all that weight?" but when I think about it, I realize that I gained 100lbs over 10 years! That's less than 1lb a month and I was eating like a fool! All junk food all the time. If you're eating like an absolute pig it would still be hard to gain 1lb a week, ESPECIALLY since you train and run!! Gotta be a thyroid problem! Go see a doc! and let me know how it turns out! |

| You can get ephedrine still it's ephedrine HCL, same stuff chemical grade, not the root. Also 2hrs every training session might be overtraining IMO. |
