hi guys ,, im in my 1st cycle im taking deca +D-bol+ primo bolan.. I'm reading alot about the side effects ! i just want to know more about who to avoid having bitch tits ,,, pls help :rolleyes:

Well first off how far into this first cycle are you if you aren't very far into it I'd say stop right now and do more research, not flaming you but this is a question that should have been asked earlier. What does your cycle look like? What are you stats and goals?

Alright d-cups :laughing: j/k, to prevent gyno there are many things you can do; most commonly to "prevent" gyno main will just l-dex .5mg EOD I am guessing without knowing your number on this cycle would prevent and keep some bloat off, if not all, so no moon face while on the dbol. To treat gyno which could still happen even if you are using l-dex you should have nolva on hand and start that until it subsides. Since you are also using deca you could take B6 to supress prolactin levels, bromocriptine would do the same thing with more sides. Probably not necissary for this cycle. If I were you I would suggest l-dex .25mg ed or .5mg EOD and to have at least 1000mg (100x10mg tabs or liquid) of nolva on hand.

Like I said though if you're not too far in I'd stop because your first is normally your best cycle and it would suck to blow it because of lack of knowledge. I'm sure you'll do what you want either way. Good luck bro.

Why would you run Primo instead of a REAL Test? Most Primo on the market is fake as hell. Waste of time and hard on the wallet to really be effective imo.

And unless you feel gyno coming on, I would run Nolv opr any anti-e. It'll cut the bloat hindering strength, and decrease IGF-1 production in the body... besides... if you don't need it why run it. Always have it on hand though just in case... and to combat extra water retention, up your water to 1.5 - 2 gallons ED.

But seriously if I were you i'd get some Cyp and replace the Primo.
