Hiya, just registered here so thought wud post something just to say hi. Well basically im 6ft, weigh about 195lb and have a Bf of around 17%. Live in England and am 21 yrs old studying at uni and also a gym instructor. Been training now for about 3 yrs.

Been reading alot of the post on here some good stuff.
