| ive been bodybuilding for about 11 months now and i decided to start this new workout i got off this book i just want to get your opinions if i should keep doing it and man have i been growing from this workout stuff 45 mins in the gym try min of 2 hours a day. Monday-wednesday-friday chest back thighs abs everyday tuesday-thursday-saturday shoulders upperarms forearms abs calves ill post this workout later Chest barbell bench press 4 sets 1 warmup of 15 reps then reps of 10,8,6,4 stripping the last two sets incline bench press same as above dumbell flyes 3 sets 10,8,6 reps parallel bar dips 3 sets of 15,10,8 pullovers 3 sets of 15 reps each back chin-ups 4 sets 10 reps each set ues a dumbbell to increase weight do chinups last sometimes aswell as first close grip chins 4 sets 10 reps each set bent over barbell rows 4 sets of 8 to 12 reps thighs in afternoon squats 5 sets of 20 rep warmup 10,8,6,4 front squats: 4 sets of 10,8,8,6 reps hack squats: 3 sets of 10 reps leg curls: 4 sets of 20,10,8,6 reps standing leg curls 4 sets of 10 reps each staright leg deadlifts 3 sets of 10 each calves donkey calf raises 4 sets of 10 standing calve raises 4 sets of 15 to 20 reps abs crunches 3 sets of 25 reps bent over twists 100 reps each side machine crunches 3 sets of 25 reps crunches 50 reps ill post the arm workout tomorrow. |

| For someone so advanced in training, I am suprised to see you not using the proper muscle group names instead of "thighs" and "twists". Not to mention, the excessive time at the gym and extreme volume. That is how high school kids workout. |

| i thought it was too excessive at first but when i did it for a few days i got amzing gains it takes away the soft mass on your body and give you nice anvil like muscle on top plus my endurance is amazing now i only need one day of rest during the week and i got this workout form the swarzenegger bodybuilding bible it says in the book u have have gained 3 inchs on your arms and chest and gained at least 20lbs of muscle before you do this workout it destroys all the bullshit about using one muscel group a week for only 45 mins i dont want to tell u everything i want you to try this workout it should make you a believer. |

| you look like you have potential do be very good i dont know how old you are or how long u have been working out if it has been longer than a year u need to change your workout quickly. ive had to move on to this type of training because my growth was starting to slow down plus i was getting that soft mass look this workout is easily the best ive ever done who better to learn about bodybuilding from than arnold strong. |

| LOL I have put on 70lbs in less than 4 years. You think I am doing something wrong? Bwahahahahahahaha I am now working with an advanced trainer. He trains professional athletes, BBers and just the normal Schmoe. I am doing a training system called GPP. I am guessing you have no idea what that is though. I posted about it before if you want to know. |

| Shortz you know nothing. morrigu667 is all knowing. :D I thought everyone did bench and curls 7 days a week. Sorry with as much BS that is being spewed here I had to add some more. |

| My trainer is over 270lbs and is a PLer most of the season. Guy presses over 400lbs. |

| i dont remember saying your trainer was small only that the trainers here in australia are guys who spent 2 months at tafe and said they could teach personal training |
