| Well, it's good you are doing more then your body weight it is "half way decent." The closer you can get to doubling your body weight is what you want IMO. You are pushing 128% of your weight. |

| For got to say I am guessing you are still quite young so that is pretty good taking in account for you age when you fully mature you numbers will move up pretty decently IMO. |
