| What are all your goals for the year 2005? I personally dont have a pecific weight I want to gain or maintain. I just want to keep my BF under 15%. I haven't lifted since October so my first step is in the frist week of February start back up lifting 3 days a week. |

| I want to hit 250 and get to 10%bf, and to get my diet in line. I got on spurts of eating right and eating badly. It's hard to maintain for me because I have to eat so much I am sitting at 225 and was 240 but I got lazy at eating. So eating right and 250lbs 10%bf |

| hey, we all want mod status, but theres no reason to make it a goal, b/c then if you dont accomplish it...youll get down on yourself for not achieving a goal... |

| 450 for squats ass to the ground 495 for squats...forgot to add the bar weight and 365 for bench *keep in mind that im powerbuilding right now, so i havent tested my maxes for like 2/3 of a year |

| well theres a solution for that.....drop the pride and start over again...always make sure u break parallel couple inches at least, and dont fold in the waist and ur fine |
