is it ok to do just like 100 situps everyday?

100 situps? you should be doing atleast 1500 sit-ups 2x a day.... lol.....

Instead of doing all those sit-ups, hit the gym and adjust your diet.
Get your body fat in check..

If you want your abs to GROW, you will need to overload them, like any other muscle.

Try cable rope crunches, incline weighted crunches, and other such things that put a heavy load on your abs.

As mentioned above, a low bodyfat percentage is required to see them, no matter how much you grow them.
