| 100 situps? you should be doing atleast 1500 sit-ups 2x a day.... lol..... Instead of doing all those sit-ups, hit the gym and adjust your diet. Get your body fat in check.. |

| If you want your abs to GROW, you will need to overload them, like any other muscle. Try cable rope crunches, incline weighted crunches, and other such things that put a heavy load on your abs. As mentioned above, a low bodyfat percentage is required to see them, no matter how much you grow them. |
