| i have a problem. i am 17 years old 5'10" and weight 210lbs. mostly is because i eat lost of junk food. now that im a junior in high school i wonna loose fat and start building some muscles. what can i do to lose fat and start gaining muscle???? plz help me out. also if someone can plz help me make a schedule for the week on wat i should work out on wat days cuz im new at this. -- thanks everyone. |

| drop the junk food first off and replace it with healthy food do some cardio and take a look at my powerlifting journal do cardi on your off days 45-60 minutes at a moderate pace I go 3.0-3.5 mpg on a 5% incline |

| go with the sports and the site given above..... talk to your gym teacher or the coaches at your school and tell them what you want to do. they'll help you out. you need to work with someone experienced, side by side. ("Rocky" theme song playing in the background) don't get discouraged or quit. it'll take a bit of time to see results. be dedicated and it'll pay off. |

| 1) Wrestling will help a lot, practices are like 2.5 hours of cardio plus your encouraged to lose weight and lift weights. 2) any other questions try to find a copy of Arnold's An Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding I read that when I stared out it'll tell you almost anything you want to know. |
