I know this..... you shouldn't be taking any for of AAS at this point in time. You need a ton of research, and winstrol wouldn't be my choice for a first cycle. Do some searches on the board you'll find some info, also don't post your e-mail address openly you are just asking for scammers. Especially since they know your newbie status just by using a hotmail account. Get a secure e-mail account.

well yourdeit and trianing need to be dialed in first then once u can't get any gains naturally you look in to roids.

post up both your diet nad training and we will hlep you out with those.
