| well first things first what is your diet like? if we get that on track a fat burner will hlep but no amount of supplements will help a mediocore(sp?) diet. |

| the first thing you want to look into taking is a protein powder. you can get it at a great price at www.trueprotein.com, and check my sig for a 5% discount. protein powder is the absolute basic neccessety (sp?) when doing a lifting routine, because it is very rarely that people are able to take in enough food to satisfy the proper amount of protein needed/reccommended.... |
