when i started the gym 10 months ago 3 or 4 months in i seemed to be getting big fast and now after that i seem not to be getting any bigger yet im lifting heavier weights than before maybe i am getting bigger but not realising it its weird i dont seem to be progressing like i used to can n e one tell me why it cannot be what i am lifting im twice as strong.

it's called a plateau. I hit two and I just changed my routine.
