| New here, thought I'd say hi. I've been reading your posts for a couple weeks now, and decided to buck up and join. Most everyone seems very knowledgeable on the subject. I've been wanting to change my body for a while now, been reading different articles and websites, and get so many conflicting ideas I kinda feel like a kid in a candy shop...everything sounds good until you look at the next item. Run down: female, 5' 9", chest: 34, waist 29, hips 41, weight around 140 and soft. About a year or so back I was doing Tae Bo, don't laugh, it helped me lose 35 pounds, but had to stop for serious lack of time. Now, free time, and gym available, what to do.....hmmmm...I want to get solid, you can tell where I need the most work! My stomach is flat, just needs to lose that layer of flab. Arms def need more strength. While nowhere near as exp as most others on here, am not completely new to the gym, but need a little advice on where to go from start. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. |
