Quebec is such a big part of Canadian history that it would be a shame if they seperated. I can't really see any advantages that Quebec would gain by seperation, A matter of fact, I see alot of problems that could occur.

I really don't think they will actually seperate. However, I just don't understand why the news, media, and radio make it sound so convincing that they will, infact, seperate.

blame canada,blame canada.jk i love that song.i drive a truck and i've been to canada a few times to make deliveries.i have to say i love the good old usa but going through customs was something different.canadian side were extremely nice,they even gave me free coffee.but on the american side,they were horrible and rude.oh well.still love my land of freedom(except the freedom to better yourself through the use of chemistry)

See, if quebec does in fact cease being a province of canada, they will be bombarded with so many problems, that it will be rediculous....Their taxes will skyrocket, as they will have to purchase all these public works systems that belong to the canadian government, canada will take out all the services/protection/etc....So..basicaly quebec would have to rebuild their economy again within all government related aspects.

yeah, theyd basically be just screwing themselves in the ass, for no reason. the seperatists dont seem to think it through, i mean beforehand theyre all for being their own country, and if they actually did succeed they would celebrate and then go "now what?"

well my parents home and my old home was in quebec.. just on the border, and well if they seperate and taxes and all that skyrocket many people like us will move. Im sure they will most likely become capitalist and kick all the english out.

But i dont think they will seperate.
