| Hi, I'm 20yo and 5'9"/130lbs. I want to get mass, without gaining fat. What supplements should I take? Thinking about Prolab N-large II is that good? What about Muscle tech proteins and creatine? Is Prolab the best? |

| when i try to bulk (4900 cals)....i only put on 1-2% bf. im a freak!!!! take NO XPLODE! |
