| I entered my stats and I came out to be 1700 calories a day and then did my activity factor but I forgot what it was but total I was less that 2000 a day. is the total based on how much i will burn a day? I intake around 750-900 a day and I am wanting to loose fat in my buttox and lower abs ( I run approx 3-4 miles 2-3 a week) I also do abs like a mad man 5days a week sometimes 2* a day. what are excercises to target mid to lower abbs and pecs (mainly nipple region) I have gained results like crazy but I am starting to flatline so I need to up the targeting. I eat eggwhites when they are in the house as a snack before work or a pouch or two of tuna if I have no eggs. I eat fruit(apples and banannas) as snacks tons of water 1cup oats for brkfst maybe a chicken sandwich or tuna or a sweet potato with an apple or a bananna for lunch. I also eat an apple or bananna before I do cardio. I also drink a mono creatine shake 1 a week. usually monday. I try to cut carbs at 3 depending on what I can have for dinner and if I am working(work at a grocery store so that is not a problem). please give advice and critique matt |

| i dont mean to be rude but from what i gather you eat like a girl. 1 creatine shake a week? i take creatine before and after the gym. and before i go to sleep. whats your bf%??? im confused... |

| hey man,1 creatine shake a week will do nothing for you.either have the creatine twice a day or save it,cuz the way you are using it is just a waste.you also need to eat more |

| lol that is what people tell me but Im never hungery. I eat the fruit before I run just to get the carb boost. ihave been doing tons of research on caloric intake but in terms of what I eat and when I can eat it is hard to intake that. today I will be at roughly 1800 what should by dailyintake be and I deffinately want to be able to burn this off each day. I work out for 60 minutes cardio 2-3 times a week I am 17 155-160ibs bf? I am way too freakin self concious I have dropped from 220 (last november) so I lost alot of my mass and tons of strength and I am trying to build backup but I have taken pretty much all of the sugars out. for brkfst I had 1cup oats 1penut butter sandwich and a half of an apple 575 cals lunch 2penut butter sandwichs 1.5apples and a banana 969 calories dinner I will have 2.5servings of tuna and water and maybe an apple |
