| 200 less than 15% a few more weeks from the end of my cutting and I have lost about roughly 25+lbs and gained about another 25 of lean mass bringing me to 200. I started my mass cycle around 160 out of stomach surgery. Now I'm almost less than 15% at 200. In a few months I'm going to run another mass/cutt cycle for 20 weeks. I can't wait, I love to eat. The DNP is starting to eat all of my energy. 5'8" legs 28" neck 16" waist 33" chest 46" arms around 17.5" |

| im 17 bf-? I can pinch 1/2"off of my lower abs lol 5'7 155-160ibs 29 waist thighs 22.25 chest 38 calves 15.25 arms.....12 neck 14.75 I still am suffering from exces skin-o-nitice...lol its all on my stomach and chest and but. Going from 220-155 will do this to a person. matt |
