well,i've been out of commision for awhile.we had a big ice storm down here in south carolina and we lost all our power,heat, phones,lights,everything.it all went out thursday morn at 9:00 am and we just got it back on today at 3:oo pm.i hope i'm not getting sick,although i don't feel too hot.it was freezing with temps in the 20's.IN MY HOUSE!!anyway back to normal on my cycle .just thought i'd share with you my horrible few days.in case you care.
by the way we had no real food so i lived on lots of protein shakes,i hope i idn't do any damage to this cycleby not having any meat for a few days

I just came from Birmingham to Miami for work.
Talk about turning on the heat!!!
