whats goin on everyone, i just want to introduce myself.. im 21 starting to lift frequently and lovin it, ive been working out for a solid year now, i can see improvement in my lifting but not seeing a hole lot in my appearance. a few of my buddys are taking a suppliment called "Triniball" (-excuse the misspelling)... basically im 5'7 140lbs, im not to cut, im not so thin as well.. my goal is a solid 180.. currently im eating as much as i can, i dont really have a set of what i should be eating, im just constantly eating.. right now im taking 40g protein shake after i work out.. any advice please feel free, im open to any critisism..
