Was talkin to a bro from the board online today and thought of making this thread. Post your goals for next year this time. and a year from now we'll bump this shit and see if you got to where you want to be.

its always good to set goals, even if u dont achieve them. gives u something to work towards..

i want to get to 210-215lbs @5'8 with sub 10% bf. right now i'm like 190, and i'm planning on running a cycle in a few weeks. i'm the most cut i've ever been, and i want to stay that way but add a few pounds of quality muscle and take it from there...

the heaviest i've been was 214-217lbs, but i was bloated as ****, and i gained the weight to quickly. basically it was too much. i want to get back to that weight, but much slower.

Well, my main goal when I started to lift was 200lbs. Once I realized that's not much on a frame 6'2'', I quickly changed it to 230lbs and want to be about 10%. Well, I am 225lbs at 15%. I am just starting a cycle, so I think I'm going to be hitting my goal very soon. Not sure what I am going to do from there...maybe stay at that BF and try to gain quality muscle from there on out.

My goal is to be about 240 and less the 10% bf. Right now I am 6'2 240 and somewhere about 14 - 15 bf. It is hard but I am working on it.

I dont look my actuall weight though, when I say 250lbs, people think, wow you must be ****ing huge... I admit I am a big guy but not as much as people think

You are suffering from dysmorphia A.B. At 5'10'' 230lbs and 10% or under, that is big. If you're BF wsa high, it wouldn't be as big of a deal, but that low is just that much more muscle.

Taking the next year to bulk up for my state show I just had last week..That was my 3rd show in 6 mths and I was just burned out...My goal is to get as close to 270 and be no more then 9-10%bf..If and when I win my class and hopefully overall next year I will go to Jr. Nats which is usually 3 weeks later..Will def be in the 230's on stage full hard and stripped...Storm

Right now Im happy with my size and my goal is to maintain 6% BF the whole of summer when I do a cutting cycle - which i start shortly, and keep 10% or less through winter and spring. My best shape is around 200-205 at 5% @ 5'10 and I weigh 215 @ 10% currently so Im right on the mark, having let my BF creep up to 15% in winter
