| What ever method you use, calipers, electrical inpedence, hydrostatic etc just use the same method each time. That way even if not totally accurate it will give you a benchmark to work with. |

| underwater testing is supposed to be the most accurate BF test in the world and calipers are the most affordable lol. |

| Wong the most accurate test is actually a bone density scan..It will tell you exactly how much fat muscle etc you have..In my areas it is stupid expensive(280-300) I know some areas have it for 50-100 bucks..Def worth it to know..Oh I think it is called a DEXA scan.. |

| Electronic scales (like Tanita) are the fastest way IMO. Accuracy is debatable of course but taking a reading at the same time of day is a must for comparison. |
