| i started my cycle on monday and i dislocated my shoulder doing chest! how bad does that suck. anyone have a similar experience? |

| how the fck did you do that? how much wer you liftin? so your spotter picked the bar up off your neck and the popped your shoulder back in? no offense but i don't think you dislocated your shoulder. injured it yes, but not dislocated. post a pic of the xray if you really did. |

| yea man it came out of the socket! i locked my shoulder and it went backwards |

| Well again how did it get back in?? I ask this b/c if it is not done right or by someone who know what theya re doing it may not be all the way in and you can really fck it up if that is the case... |

| i did and he gave me some exercises. Storm, it didnt pop out completely so once i dropped the weight it popped back into place. seems to be getting better but its still sore |

| work through it and continue your cycle. Stop being a pu**y. Just work lighter weights and make progress. You can grow off of light weights, trust me go for time under tension routines. Tough it out boy! |
