today i was deading it up... i got 365lb.s up once but i may have been alittle tired from the first set of 8 @ 315lb.s

the most reps i ever did with 315 is 10... that was last week.

;)

my bench is down to 2reps with 225lb.s tho :(

naw i think my bench is just cuz i've been off the test for close to a month... but my deadlift went up since my cycle! so thats exciting, gaining deadlift strenghth after a cycle, as opposed to losing strength... yeah storm, its hard to drop to the lower reps, but i'm adding weight and goining less reps then i use to, next week i'll go even heavier... just tryin to get use to low reps, but will do paartna ;)

I won't go higher than 404 when deadlifting. Anymore than that, my back will hurt for weeks.
