hi all i know i don't have many posts but i just gotta vent about this one so i don't make an issue in the gym. i fully understand that you get all hot and sweaty in there but please try some kind of personal hygine. we shouldn't smell you on the next machine or leave a scent (more like a funk) as you walk buy. there are several at the gym i go to and it is completly disgusting. yeah i sweat my ass of when i work out but the is such a thing as deodorent and showers, i don't make myself offensive to the smell senses. and while i am venting on this why sweet alloverthe benches and not dry it off i am not there to clean up after these digusting people. oh and lets not forget the ones who wash there shoes in the sink and then proceed to place them on the sink to dry with the air dryer. what do i do here find another gym? say man you f###ing stink. what do we do here, sorry to post so long i just had to get that out. let me know if i am being unreasonable

I often recieve comments on how good I smell in the gym. I guess just a little bit of effort goes a long way. It's helped me strike up conversation with a few girls.

glad to know i am not the only one who see's this i thought maybe i was just being an ass..... however i guess its better to be one than smell like one. man these people don't get it. i like the home gym idea

man personal hygiene in the gym is important, but i dont know about u guys, but this gym i just transferred to is like a damn beauty contest.. its like one of those global gyms from dodgeball! i think im gonna have to just suck up the gas mileage and go back to my old spot.

myu gyms alrite, good life, after the machine ur suppose to wipe it down wiht this thing, and stuff havent really smelled anyhtign bad there, except whe ni do some leg excersises soemtimes i let soem rip hahahaha

I grow through osmosis. I don't even have to lift weights and I grow. Seriously though, I spray myself with AXE before I go to the gym. I think its only the kind thing to do.
