| well folks, im new to the board as of tonight. after reading some of the threads, im going to try and avoid coming off as a newbie, but im sure i will anyways... im just out of the military, but although i have an athletic build, lifting wasnt a big focus for a long while until about a year and a half ago. i have learned mostly on my own about lifting and dieting, and i have seen some great gains. right now, im certainly no freak, im 25 yrs old, im 5'8, 175 with about 11-12% body fat. ive been sticking to an incredibly strict diet, imitating as much as possible that of a bodybuilding type diet, lifting regularly, and also a fair amount of cardio. my problem is, i am just not getting as cut as i want. i am deffinitely getting bigger, but i want to keep what i have now, but really rip up over the course of the next few months. all i have been taking is protein, flax seed, and no2 from time to time. i have recently been looking into cycling, winstrol has appealed to me, but i wouldnt even know where to begin in that venture. basically, to end this novel, im trying to figure out if that would be the right move for me? if not, what should i do?? **Read this, first and only warning http://www.bbforums.com/announcement.php?f=19*** -regino007 |

| if you want to lose more body fat you'd have to lessen your cals and up your cardio. you should post your diet because everyone is going to ask for it. i wouldnt recommend winny for just cutting. its for bb shows. if you want to do a cycle you can gain weight while staying at a low bf but you'd have to do some research. |

| hey man, i was in the marines, semper fi. my diet is pretty much as follows, it varies slightly from day to day, but this is pretty average... i dont have i down to an exact science like many at the gym ive talked to but here is what ive been doing 1. 5 eggwhites, 2 eggs, a serving of oatmeal 2. protein shake/flax seed and a bananna or orange 3. 2 chicken breasts with a serving of brown rice 4. protein shake 5. either chicken breasts again, or some 90% lean ground beef and mixed baby vegetables, 6. protein shake thats pretty much what ive been doing.. my lifting schedule is pretty much monday through friday. mondays i do chest, tues: back, wed: shoulders, thurs: arms, fri: legs. these workouts are usually done in the evenings, with some cardio thrown in 3 times a week, about 25-30 minutes per cardio session. also, 3 times a week, i box in the mornings, usually heavy bag, sparring, and focus mitt drills. i dont have any friends around me that are into the lifting thing, so any advice you guys have would deffinitely be duly noted.. thanks in advance. |

| If it were me I would trade workouts on Wed and Fri.I would do legs on Wed and shoulders on fri.I would also use lighter weights and more reps for a little more calorie burn. |

| i did move my weight down a bit, right now im doing about 16-20 sets per muscle group, 8 reps a set, depending on the exercise.. should i increase the reps more than that?? i want to avoid losing any size that ive gained if possible, maybe even put on some more mass if at all psssible... i dont know if im willing to bulk up and raise the body fat to get mass then cut down, i would really prefer to lower bf and increase mass... is this even possible?? |

| oh and i would totally be interested in an alternative to steroids, but i dont know which manufacturer to trust in getting some of these legal products.. can i get some suggestions for meeting my goal and what sites are known to u guys to be reliable.. |

| Thats tricky and there are others more qualified to answer that than me, but gear would be almost a necessisty for that to happen. |

| non steroids?? bro No Xplode helps you lose bodyfat and gain lean muscle. no joke. i really know it works. my fiancee gets ripped on that stuff. you should try that with some Nitrix. |

| BSN they have a stack of noxplode, cellmas, and nitrix. she took noxplode then nitrix later and she lost alot of bodyfat |

| hey right now im on no xplode, and nitrix and cell mass, um i find it helping alot in strength and pumps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! omg the pumps are amazing, like i almsot orgasim when i getthe pump they are amazing, if u love pumps stack them, and u will get a pump like never before |
