I had a blue eye pink nose and abou the same size but I had to give him away when I left for the military.

Now a miniature schnauzer with papers....Going to be studding him out soon to help fund my next cycle :laughing:

hey storm, your pup is beautiful, looks like mine - same color. those other two are cute also, an australian shepard or sumthin and the cute choco lab or sumthin... very nice.

i dont know what my dog is... he's ****in HUGE tho. i found him as a stray and got him off the streets... well my mother kinda was the one to take him in, cuz i thought he'd have rabies or a disease.... he was so so f*ckin dirty. the vet said he's a blue rottie, but he's much bigger then a rottie and has shorter hair... plus i think shes full of shit cuz i couldnt find anything online about "blue rotties"... he might be a mixed between a blue great dane and a mastiff... only a guess tho.

Your dog looks ot be a mix between a couple of things RobNY...IN that first pic he looks to be either a Toas or a Fila mix both are fighting dogs I am pretty sure both can come in blue not 100% sure so there is where the mix might come in..

How much does it weigh?? I have seen some huge Weimerimers (sp) but he looks to thick and head to big to be that breed..The second pic of him he does look to have rottie markins but also does not look blue with the muxxle on..Here are 2 pics the fawn is a Tosa and the brindle is a Fila..

yeah storm, he deffinatly looks like these dogs, and the vet didnt like him cuz he kinda freaked out, so she gave him a state-wide statice thing that says he is considerd a weapon and dangerous or sumthing... i live in the capitol city of NY and i live in the ghetto type bad part of town... there are projects all around down here, so i could deffinatly picture a bunch of these niggers fighting there dogs and shit... and he seems kinda f*cked up in the head like he was abused and the vet said he acts like a fighting dog because he gives no warning such as a growel or bark before he bites... he will just attack outta the blue if he doesnt like sumthing hahaha... its scary sumtimes, but hes so so sweet to the family... i just gotta be careful with him because he does have that statice that i had to sign that says i am aware the he is dangerous and considerd a weapon or sumthing.

Def sopunds like Tosa more but could be a Fila I would have to see the dog in person to tell you..Both breeds are very human aggressive and pretty much hate andone outside their family...

IMO Tosa area bit worse then Filas..If you don;t socialize a Tosa with every family memeber they will try to eat granny on her bi annual x-mas visit..Thye are very protective over their immediate family..They are fearless when it comes to attscking a human or another dog much less...

Great dogs but you really have to know what oyur doing with them b/c of how they are and yes your vet is probaly right it can be a bit funny but your dog looks well over 120lbs in that one pic and that breed is crazy strong and once they flip alot of damage can be done in seconds...

when we first got him off the street he was realy skinny and younger so alittle smaller (about eight months to one year old) the vet said he was 95lb.s but now hes older and taller/bigger so i think he probley weighs alittle more now... i dont know the exact weight now.

took me 2yrs to find him..took longer to find my female I flew to south dakota ot get her..She ended up costing more then him and she is just a spoiled pet he is a stud dog...LOL

friend of my gf breeds labs. she had some very nice dogs. one of the puppies from the last litter i believe has hip problems. sux cuz that female was producing nice pups.

just hunted around and was patient..I pick good pups always b/c I don't rush or let it be an emotional buy..The breeder actually turned out to be a bitch his dad was bad ass and was not in her kennel she use to show him and had him as a stud dog he was from another kennel..The mom wasf rom her kennel but lived out of state..

All in all he is a great dog inspite of her being a scammer bitch..I had been looking at presa canarios but I knoew I would have the full amount of time to train that type of breed how I wanted it to be..So I went with the staff since I have wanted a blue for many years..

Oh he could be a show dog but he is also a Am Staff not a pitt so there is no game in him as a fight line heritage..He would do great in pulling events if I worked him more he would be around 80lbs I just don't have the time right now to get a harness for him I do plan to do it eventually..

Please tell me your not one of those guys who thinks pitts and staffs are the same..Cause they are not..

I have done a lot of reading on them. Same as I did before I got my rotty. With any of these kinds of dogs ( rotty, pitbull, tosa, presa ) it is a must. The thing with most of these dogs though, is that they get a bad wrap because most of the people who get these dogs get them for bad reasons. I am pretty good with training though. Learned a lot about training from the K-9 units when I was doing the military police thing. I don't train for protection though.... I think the sight of these dogs is protection enough.

my gf has worked at vet clinic for about 5 years now. she still feels that "american staffordshire terriers" are pits. I showed her a few websites and she was like "thats just what people tell their insurance co" but i do think they are different

I could prove her all day long..A true pitt and a true Staff are very different get them next to one another and it is very easy to tell them apart..

Tosas,fila are a breed far far apart from rottys and staffs and pitts...Training them is very dif fomr the later breeds and they are some of the few direct line to the old world mololser breeds..The breeds ares till very much like they were 200yrs ago so they are very different and need to be respected far above other breeds in the fact they are and very ealsy can be human agrressive to the point of killing at a drop of a hat..Big dif staffs and pitts are not human aggressive it is not in their nature..So that is my view on that great dogs but fck alot of training is involved for them to be right as a pet who is safe to walk around....Storm

Just a samll amount of proof and reading if you have good dog knowledge you can see there is a dif between the two breeds as long as you are dealing with true dogs not mixes which is what you see alot of in pitts now a days

Mine get some very nice grub it is caled timberwolf little on the high side but man that stuff is top quality best food I have ever seen..I pay around 35 for a 33lb bag..Also your not being stern enough she will eat it if she stops pull up the food then put it back down a few hrs ltr and keep dong it till she eats..They are a ahrd headed breed and will try to break you unless you prove otherwise your the boss ALL THE TIME...

Yeah, The only place here to get quality food is Petsmart so you can argue the word "quality" and it is also around $35 for a bag. No corn meal, fillers, or animal by-products. Ive tried the feeding 2 times a day thing, but even then her appetite just isnt there.

I play will her hard ( spring pole - tug of war - ball) on average about 45 mins a day so I do wear her out, but she still just refuses to eat. My uncle has a 1 year old Amstaff that he paid about 600 for and that dog is monsterous compared to prada and he feeds her crappy gravy train. I know both parents of prada and they are very fit and muscular and they both eat what I am feeding my dog.

I'll try what you said and see if that works...thanks
