Hi my name is Brandon, Im 14 years old i've been lifting for about a year, im 5'9'
tall and 156 LBS. about 15% Body Fat, is that good, I lift pretty hard, but im trying not to wear out my joints, and intensity. here is my workout all FREE Weight:

xs=Reps

Chest:
Incline: 3 Sets, 100 LBS 10-15xs
Decine: 3 Sets, 100 LBS 10-15xs

Shoulders:
Militarys: 5 Sets, 10 LBS 10-15

Back:
Bent over butterfly: 3 Sets, 20 LBS 25-30xs
Back Military(Barbell): 3 Sets, 55-60 LBS. 10-12xs

Traps:
Shrubs: 4 Sets, 20 LBS 30-50xs

Triceps:
2 arm raises: 3 Sets, 10 LBS 20-30 xs
Bench Dips: 3 Sets, To failier.

Beiceps:
Standing Curls: 3 Sets, 20 LBS 10-15 xs
Sit down Curls: 3 Sets, 20 LBS 10-12 xs.

Abs:
Crunches: 5 Sets, 45 xs.
Leg Raises, 5 Sets, 15 xs.

Legs(I Like to tone them):
Squats: 2 Sets, 50 LBS, 40-45 xs.
Leg extensions: 3 Sets, 30 LBS, 25-30 xs.

Well,Im not really on a diet but I really like to watch what I eat to get a habit,
I drink a Whey Protien shake twice a day.

thats a start. just make sure your eating lots of protein to maximaze your gains. you got lots of testosterone in your veins! so if you eat right you'll be the biggest mofo in school.

deffinatly eat alot! your stats sound great, your a strong kid! maybe add sum creatine and glutemine to those shakes!

welcome! just read up because just about anything you want to know is usually just a search and a few clicks away. if you cant find it then don't be scared to ask. if its something your not suppose to post then use the private forum.

word of advice... if you and a buddy have a thread and even if it's in the general "chat forum" and are just bs'n about stupid stuff people will bitch and have your thread closed. :laughing:
