Hey everybody. I join the furum in 2005 but I only came here 2-3 times, this will change... Never introduce myself so: I'm 31 years old dude from Gatineau, QC and train for the last 12 years.(sorry for the spelling, i'm better in french). 5'10" and 225-230 off season. Last year was my first year in the world of competition. I am now dieting for the second time to go at the cbbf national world qualifier(tested) and maybe the provincial(not tested).
My goal is the same as you, learn and build the shape that I want.
