| well yesterday was leg day,so i woke up at 4:30 to workout at 5.went from 5-6:00 am.then i felt really sick.halfway through my whey shake i had to run to the bathroom.puked it all out,went back and finished my shake but couldn't stomach any carbs.then had to go to work and sit through a meeting for 30 minuetes holding in any puke.FUN.i guess that means i had a killer squat day.can't wait wait till next weel.LOL |

| It happened to me yesterday! Squats are the worst for that. Reason being sudden change of blood flow leads to decrease in systematic blood pressure. Usually i feel light headed and cant stand up.. i thew up in the car park. To avoid this make sure your eat simple carbs and sugar before squats. If you start to feel nautious quickly get a Gatorade or something sugery..it may help because of lack of glucose. Dont train on an empty stomach and keep fluids up. |
