| i read in a magazine that u dont always have time to lift so when u have many things to do just lift once a week and you wont loose much? do u guys believe that cuz im so busy right now and dont have time or energy to lift....im a junior in high school and am trying to get my grades up with a job and playing rugby.....when i get a day off i dont have the motivation to lift....once rugby is over im going to pick up a actual split right now im just lifting here and there.........any advice? |
