Most of you may know me from several
different boards. I usually frequent Steroidology, AB, Anabolic-Support, and Bodybuilding Central, just to name a few. And as it states in my sig, I'm a MOD at A-S and BBC. Just a bit of a :2cents: about me, I've been lifting since mid-1985. Though I'm currently on the shelf due to the healing process of a knee surgery. I look forward to hitting the gym again soon. at least to start with cardio for a while. Please feel free to hit me up for any advice, comments, or suggestions in regards to training.
