| my wife's cousin and her husband have been picking my brain for awhile now.she needs to lose weight and he needs to gain mass.well,i set him up woth a training schedule.mostley compound sets.i also set him up with an eating schedule.exactley what to eat and what time to eat.he's been telling me he can't eat it all.the chicken is too much and he doesn't like red meat.he's been taking only whey.every week i check up on him he says"i screwed up my training so i'm just gonna hold off till monday"i've been real patient with him.he keeps asking about supplements,so finally i told him creatine.he loads for 2 days then stops,then starts loading next week.same thing.he used up all of it trying to load 5 diff times.i wish he would just give up!now my wife mentioned how i tried a cycle,so he won't leave me alone with that.i won't get him one.there is no way he's ready.prob never will be.AAAARRRR! |
