Just wanted to drop in and say hi...let you know I'm not dead. Did have to take a month or two off, but now I'm at a new gym back home, started at Gold's now. Had my first training session with a pt who knows how to work women, thank heavens..he said he was impressed with my form!!:laughing: I think it was also that I knew what I was doing! Lord, it feels good to get in there again!
