Well my day started off fine it was just when I went was lifting that it got bad. Well it started just like any other lift...…I took my Animal Pack Stack2 and NO-XPLODE before my workout…..I went to the gym and it was leg day….I started on leg press…I felt fine….then I did some leg extensions finished the last set on it and started to fell funny……I felt like I wanted to gag, so I when to the bathroom and I started to dry heave…I was like “what the hell…”. I walk out and sat down for a minute and I my whole body was shaking like crazy….when I got to my car I started to get really really hot so I took off my shirt. then I took off my shoes and I was still burning up….I felt like I was going to pass out any second….I couldn’t breath or anything….I got to my house and was sitting on my bed and I felt like I was going to get sick so I walked in my bathroom and tried to turn on the light and just like fell into the wall and hit my head…(I guess I passed out or something)…I ran water over my face and finally felt a little better after 30 minutes….For the rest of the day I didn’t feel like eating or anything…I am still very weak from it….so I don’t know what the hell happened to me….I am going to get blood work tomorrow so I will let yall know what it turns out like….I have never felt so bad in my LIFE……. Anything like that ever happen to anyone??? Or anyone know what it could be???

NO-Xplode made me nauseus, those little white things bother me, ive had similar problems like dry heaving, i dont take that stuff or any bsn shit anymore, its a waste of money, id rather buy food. Ur body might just be exhausted, have you been pushing yourself too hard, eating right? overtraining? I really doubt theres seriously anything wrong with you, see how you are tmrw.

Ive been taking NO-XPLODD for a while now...I might be overtraining though...i have been pushing my self really hard hear lately....But i do eat right and use protein...

yeah that shit made me nauseous it might be that. You dont need blood work. take a break from no xplode for a few weeks, and dont overtrain, eat right, then see how you feel. you shouldnt be taking that stuff for too long anyway, the results diminish just like any creatine.

NO xplode did cause me some nausea as well. Probably because it makes you take a handful of stimulants on an empty stomach. Not that bad of a product, but way overpriced (probably due to advertising and paying Ronnie Coleman's endorsement salary). The only BSN product even remotely looking into would be Nitrix, and even still it isnt the greatest product. Some people dont respond well to NO2 boosters at all, and some respond great (such as myself) And your pretty much wasting your time just running them by themself, save it for a gear cycle to flush your body...

if you're doing heavy leg exercises you're going to get shaky and feel like puking. I can't count the number of times i've either puked or felt like puking after doing heavy legs, hell even back i get like that sometimes. It also makes you real shaky. i wouldn't worry too much about it unless it continues to persist.

If your constantly tired no matter how much sleep you get it could mean your blood is low in iron. Most people that have an iron deficiency develope anaemia which is a deficiency of red blood cells, which can lead to lack of oxygen-carrying ability and makes u tired. Eating enough meat such as steak and stuff should give you more iron but if its not enough, simply take a multi-vitamin thats higher in iron, such as One a Day for adult men, thats the one I take.
