I've been on cyp for 7 weeks now (1st cycle).
I started to "feel" it around the end of week four.
Before I started, I was hovering around 200lbs. By the begining of last week, I was around 227lbs. I know there was some water to shed, but there was a big difference in size. Then, I ended up in the hospital at the end of last week with a virus, which set me back around 10lbs. I weighed in this morning at 216lbs (which I can tell just by looking in the mirror....how depressing).
My lifts have gone up considerably. I think the one I'm most proud of is my incline bench (325lbs for 5) since it's always been a difficult movement to move up in weight.

Damn that is a great incline..Now is that a regular bench or a machine of somekind?? No offense just wondering..

That's with a barbell, Storm. I totally understand your hesitation, as some post some bogus numbers to look cool. I'm just proud of that one!

What was your BF before and what is it now. You doing cyp only no stack?

I have no idea what it is now. With the water retention, it's hard to guesstimate. I think I was hovering around 13% when I started. And no, I'm not stacking anything since this is my first cycle. That will come with my next.

Im about to start a cycyle of cyp. I wanted to add eq to try and counter the bloat but decided to keep it simple. Im also at about 13-14% but at 180 so you had some lean mass on me to start. Good lifts on the incline!

All good bro I just see whaere guys will say that and it be the hammer strength incline..Still a good number but not a real bench..Hell I do up to 5-6 plates on the hammer but only do 315 on the incline for reps..I prefer dumbells..

I appreciate Cani and Ill! I've been busting my ass eating just as hard as I've been training.
Storm, I also like the dumbbells (especially on incline), but the weights only go to 125lbs in my gym. That, plus the absense of crucial machines, is the reason why I'm going gym shopping soon.

I hear you, our gym only goes up to 120lb DB. I can understand why, my gym isn't really hardcore probably about 3 guys that even go to the gym that will use over 100lb DB (small town) for anything.
