Alright, I don't know where to go from here. I managed to lose the weight that I wanted, and the inches, so I have to revamp my goals. Unf, I'm not sure what to make them....I've spent so much time around guys, learning from you guys, that I don't know what good goals are for a female of my size. I'm sitting at about 130-135 now, 34"chest, 27"waist, 38"hips, 24"thighs, 15"calves, 5'8" tall, 22.9%bf. I want to set a long term goal, about 2 years, so I can set shorter, attainable goals along the way. I'm not interested in getting smaller, just reshaping and getting stronger...So, I guess my question is, what are good lifting goals for a female? For bench, squat, bicep curl....? Or, do I just keep going higher as I grow? What is a healthy bf% to shoot for? There are mixed messages about going below 20, I know spending too much time low isn't healthy...but can I go below 20, and how long can I stay there? I don't want O quality body, but I do want cut, lean, and strong, without losing my female shape...if that makes sense? Any advice or ideas you guys could throw my way would be very much appreciated...

No set numbers for anyone as in what to lift hon..Do your best thatis the key trying to achive goals of others can offset what you want to do since yours is more cosmetic not this is what I can lift..

Going below 20 is no problem at all if you can get to and hold around 16-17% that would be really good..For expamle most figure grils are around 9-11% and fitness is around 7-10% then female BB of course go realy low...Going below 10% is hard on the female body..

You goal is to stay consistant and don;t miss any workuts or meals change up your program every 6 weeks 8 at the max to keep things dif and fresh..
