Help with school assignment

Hey everyone, I'm doing a school assignment right now for biology and I figured this would be the best place to go for this kinda question. I need to do alittle write up on Steroid Use in Bodybuilding, What's the importance or signifigance of the steroid use in bb, problems associated with it, and how can the problem be remedied or avoided (and if it cant be avoided or remedied, how can one take precautions). I know I should look in the anabolic section but I dont have much time sicne im not even suppose to be on any forums while at skewl, any advice would be helpful though. Ill check back laterz!

how long is this supposed to be? steroid use in bodybuilding is an awful broad topic. i would try to narrow it down. as for problems associated with it, i would prob say abuse and miseducation. IMO a big problem with steroids and part of the reason they get a bad rap is people that have no idea what they are doing using them. steroids are a prescription drug. as with any prescription drug, there are side effects and in order to use any drug safely, you must be educated on the use, effects, and how the body processes said drug in order to be able to counteract any unwanted effects.

well this has came up before, do a search you might find it. I would hit on the stuff people believe, but isn't necissarily true. i.e. cause you to go bald.... not unless you are already going to be balid then it just speeds it up, shrinks your penis..... not true at all if anything it would increase it do to increase in red blood cells, shrinking of the the testis..... that's true but hypogonadism is temperory, roid rage while it is partially true you won't turn mr. rogers into a killer if he took aas I would consider it as most people that haven't got enough sleep a little cranky if at all, health risk.... yes there are some but no one has ever died directly from steroids. We'll be glad to help you out just don't use the propaganda media bull shit, most is overstated and some is flat out lies. Check new england medical journal for some reports I know they had one published with them adminstering large amounts of testosterone and the only sides the noted was breast sensativity and acne. Alot of good info out there just hard to find it, stick with medical journal and credable stuff.
