well i just got fired today.boss says i can't keep going to the chiro cuz it hurts customers.BS.i only get out 1 hr early 2 days a week and i still put 10 yrs in those days.5 people at my job get off 3 hrs early to go to school.that sonofabitch has had it in for me ever since he realized i don't put up with his power hungry crap.my cycle just started kicking in and now what???i'm gonna file workmans comp cuz i found out you have 2 yrs and it was only 2 months ago i hurt myself.it took all my will to not kick his ****ing teeth in

yeah, as long as you've been working there longer than 90 days you can collect unemployment if he fired you. I would go on the unemployment until your back is 100%, may as well milk it at his expense.

ya I'd collect workers comp as long as I could..... also I don't know the laws but might be unfair to fire you if you got hurt on the job and you were getting that worked on and that's why he fired you. I'd check into that.

thanks guys.going down to unemployment tommorow and talked to a lawyer today but he 's gonna talk me back.the whole thing with him is that i was going to a chiro and not a "real" doctor.he said chiro's are all witchcraft.what an idiot.

Well, he has a point, chiropractors get no respect in the medical community and probably very little scientific evidence that they work. I said "probably." The reason I say that is because I know a massage, even though many people think it helps healing, actually has no scientific proof that it helps at all. I'm guessing a chiropractor is the same way many believe in it but no proof that it work.

Oh and ask your MD doc if he would suggest a chiropractor, most would never suggest it. Mine actually laughed a little, and he's a hell of a nice guy, not even in it for the money now, he even didn't charge me when I didn't have insurance. So it wasn't that he was going to lose money.

this week just won't end.now i come home to find a for sale sign out front.turns out my landlord is selling the house i'm renting.no advance warning so i can save up to move.no nothing.and i have no ****in job.my lease was up a month ago so nothing i can do about it.i might just move back to ny.got business i got to handle there anyway.RAGE RAGE RAGE!!!!!
