I personally think its some nut job admitting something bizarre when hes not on his meds.... however hopefully this is the man so this case can finally be put to rest.

Can you imagine being the parents of the girl? Trying to deal with your little daughter getting murdered while all this time so many people thought they killed her? That's awful! Of course the case ain't fully closed yet.

Yeah, if they really had no connection to their daughter's death what a miserable ten years she must have lived. She didn't even get to live to see the killer caught.

This world is getting so fked up, now whenever I see some guy walk down the sidewalk or ride his bike by my house I get pissed off. It makes me wanna tackle him off his bike and rake his face on the road. You never know who is walking around just checking out the kids in the backyard. At least I live next to an elementary school in a good neighborhood and there's always cops driving around, but even that's no gaurantee.

I think it would be justice to lock him in abasement with a real man. He'd be as defensless against me as that little girl was against him. Of course, state prison is gonna be pretty ugly for him as well.

But I would do it free. Save some tax dollars.

I'm glad they got him, but just thinking about this has me violently angry. I have 2 little girls at home and may God have mercy on the man that hurts one of them because I will have none.

I dont know about where you live but here in Mich they dont put pedophiles in the same prisons with rapists and murderes. They have their own prison where they go with their own kind. Although this dude is a murderer too. Hmm.

I'm pretty sure in Florida you go to a regular prison. But he's in Colorado, who knows what will happen to him. He should get the death penalty, imo.

I think anyone who deliberately kills or seriously injures a small child should die. I can't think of any other crimes worse than that. You're just an animal if you can hurt the weakest and most innocent among us and not worth society giving you another chance.

I can understand a man killing his wife (I can say that because only one woman posts here and she probably doesn't read mine, lol) but I can't understand hurting children or handicapped people or anything like that. I'm as hot tempered as they come and I would NEVER consider hurting a child. That's just sick and untreatable.

He wouldnt last a week in a regular max security prison. Thats why the generally send peds to a diff place. Otherwise it would be cruel and unusual punishment according to the lawmaker. I personally dont give a shit. Hell get whats coming to him sooner or later.

Well he said he drugged her............no drugs were found in her system.
He said he molested her...........no sign were present of that during the body investigation.
A few things don't add up but I still hope this is the guy.

You assume he's telling the truth. He could easily be adding those extra details to raise doubts about his guilt. He knows along with the rest of the world that theres no physical evidence thast gonna link him cause it was all ruined when the investigators fvcked up the crime scene. Any case against him is gonna be circumstantial and a good confession would probably seal the deal but a bad confession might help him walk. Dont forget where they found him too. In SE Asia, the pedophile capital of the world. Working with kids.
