| what did ya'll eat? i took a picture of mine lol 2 cups brown rice, mixed in 1 can of tuna, and threw some string cheese on top. yummy yummy you guys make any weird stuff to get it down? |

| I woke up late and didn't pack my lunch so I'm eating shit all day. I ate a Myoplex bar and a quart of milk for breakfast, Waffle House chicken breast, 4 eggs and hashbrowns at 11:00, and a Burger King triple whopper at 2:00. I suck. |

| I'm a skinny guy trying to get big again so I don't care too much about the fat as long as I'm getting plenty of protein. Plus when I first started back lifting I ate very little fat as I struggled to get my diet back on track and it almost killed me. I was so damn tired and weak so I upped the calories including fat (I try not to get too out of control,though) and I very quickly started gaining size and strength. I'm not any fatter as of yet and I think I may be a little leaner, actually. That's the good thing about being a chicken-legged stickman, I get to eat a lot and get away with it.:laughing: |

| Breakfast- 6 eggs whites, Cup of oatmeal, 2 scoops of whey in soy milk Mid morning snack- Cup of chopped melon and a plum Lunch- 1 cup cottage cheese, can of tuna over a salad Mid afternoon snack- Fat/Sugar free jello, pro-crunch lite bar Dinner- Probably 2 chicken breast, salad and 2 cups of broccoli. |

| Yeah for some reason it reminds me of a fat womans thighs, but I stopped eating for taste a long time ago so whatever it takes to fill me up the healthy way. I told my dad to try some cottage cheese and he said " I would rather go down on a sperm whale". I told him it was one of the dumbest things I've heard but also funny.Oh and also whopper with cheese 760 cal 420 from fat and 47g of fat. On the upside 33g of protein. |

| I've had a head cold all day, so I haven't had the will to eat much. Breakfast - Steel Cut Oats and banana Lunch - Turkey sandwich...just deli turkey and natural, whole grain bread Lunch #2 Can O' Tuna Lunch #3 Another Can O' Tuna and soymilk Dinner Soyburger and cherry tomatoes HMMM....it's about time for dinner #2 I'd say. |
