Just thought I would say a quick hello! Nice to see that the board is still around... Been out of the game for a couple of years now.

Just started back in... probably not the best time do to a cycle (seeing as how I just started working out again) but too bad... doing it anyway... :-)

Got injured a couple of years ago and didnt recover that fast, then met an awesome woman and got married and that has been life ever since.

My job took away all my time and I just never got back to it.

Since then I quit my job, started my own company, injury healed and now I am back in the game!

As for the signature...

I live my life (well partially) by a risk to reward ratio... I have spoken to so many people that want 19" arms... but won't go that extra step... if you know what I mean... so... what will YOU do... :-)

I'd do a lot to get what I want...

it actually crashed as a matter of fact so everything was lost which I find a bit suspicious... nothing liek it used to be... because im not their :D
