I always wrestle with this and I am sure that everyone here does too so I thought that I would get the board opinion.

What is your priority rating for getting to the gym?

currently mine would be #3

depends on the season. In the summer 3 is where I'm at during the winter #1 it's off and on. Usually get in at least 3x a week but not a specific day in the summer.

im inbetween the 2nd and 3rd. i want to go but if something comes up its ok i dont go that day

Its an obsessive 1 for me. I plan my whole life around the gym its pathetic.

2. Only beat out by family emergencies (if any) but if they are goin out to eat on a scheduled workout, i dont go wit them.

the only thing that stops me from going is if i have to do something else that day unexpectedly. its never a motivation issue

3.5 weeks left..Not sure what the measure now they were 19in cold at 16 weeks out.Was measured friday at 4.74% so on track lose a bit more dry out and carb up..

4.74? holy shit thats impressive. you've done so well too gradually lose that bf. never alot out from your target. too much bf loss can be just as bad as not enough! peaking too early can be a bitch!

I cut my bf from 9% to 4.74% in 8 weeks with only 7 sessions of cardio 2 of which were 15min on the stair mill.I weighed 219 that was first thing in the morning no food or water very dry and flat after several low carb days..I still get up to the 225 range after food and fluids..

I am still on track to be on stage about 220 dry and full as I said I would be..A few guys didn't think it was possiblme for me to start at 240 and be on stage ready at 220's..Even with a few problmes with my eating I have still did what I knew I would.

My prep guy is Nate Wolf off of protegenutrition he workd along with Justin Harris a great prep guy but since he normally works with national competitors I dind;t want to bother him plus he was dealing with the USA's at the time where he won his calls in the spr hvys..
