i'd rather not say who i am there. but this is just a made up name. i'm one of the only few female members there. i'm a member at bodybuilding.com and got tired of it. so this morning i ventured out to find another site based off of working out and nutrition. so here i am!!!

i'm a cpt so a good site with lots of information and less trolls is what i am looking for.

i have a 1 year old, so i'm nearly back to pre pregnancy size.

i'm about 140 lbs at 20% or so body fat. i think it's lower now though, i have some oblique definition. i am proud of my accomplishments so far.

i've been a cpt since march, i'm studying performance nutrition now.

so my main goal, i'd say, would to be better and stronger than i am now. i'm not setting a weight goal. with weight training, i will gain more muscle mass and with cardio, i will lose body fat, so i just want to be better than my prepreg days.

long story, i know...

no i don't compete, but i'd like to some day. right now i'm not in the top physique i need to be for that.

i'm one of the only few females at another board as well, and i fit right in with them... :thumbs:
