today is moving day.landlord is selling the house and we found another one so today we pack our shit and move it across town.good news is my new place is 30 seconds from my job,so i can sleep more on workout days.now if i can only figure out how to disassemble my bench,squat rack,pulldowns,and cable row equipment.i should've put this one under the STRESSED post
