dont get me wrong, flex is good for some stuff, but on the whole, if u've done any research urself then u already know most the stuff it covers. best flex issues are around the olympia cuz of the coverage they get, apart from that i find it difficult finding how they help with extra knowledge. even so, i still buy it now n then (how much did i jus contradict myself?)

I tore the sh*t out of my left arm again on my last cycle and have been totally out of it lately. I plan on hitting the gym again this week and taking it easy until New Years and see how things go then.

It was a great bday! My wife is awesome and really pulls out all the stops. She threw me a party with all of our family here and got me some really great gifts!!

She got me a tshirt that says:

Then lists a bunch of things from chucknorrisfacts.com it's hilarious!

Chuck Norris doesn't teabag the ladies... he potato sacks them!
