| Im looking for any kind of advice. When i lift weights i dont get the cramps, its when i do any kind of cardio. Wether it be tred mill or free running, the muscle on the outside of my lower leg right next to my shin severely cramps. So bad that i cant move my foot without using my hands to stretch. This is the only muscle that cramps. Anybody got any advice on stretches or vitamins? |

| Sounds like shin splints. Drink more water, maybe take magnesium tablets daily and follow RICE (rest ice compress elevate) method after exercise. Otherwise rest it and find alertnate cardio such as cycling or swimming. |

| if its those "muscle ripping on to bone cramps" lol then take taurine, water and bananas. |

| What is taurine? Ive heard of it before but never really read anything about it. |
