| OK 2 years ago i weighed about 140 pounds..i'll get that pic up here soon. Now im at 210. The problem is i've always had a problem keepin my stomache in check after i gained weight. I Work out 2 on 1 off..the 1 off being my cardio day. I Go Chest/Triceps 1st day, then LEGS next day. THen Cardio Then next time Back/Shoulders/Bi's then LEgs again, then cardio..and so on. Ok So i am takin Nitrix, Axis Ht, and Muscle milk. Nitrix- 4pills 3x day Axis HT- 2 pills 2x day Muslce Milk- 2 scoops 2ce a day. first serving before workout/ Next serving after workout I Plan on doing a 12 week cycle. IS walkin for 30-35 min enuff cardio to get my stomache down to a 6 pack, ( i kno eating is big part to) Or i do i need to run??? Right now i am 210 i want to drop down to 195 ripped u know? Just gimme comments please!!! :banghead: The attachment below is how i look now. cant really see all that well. |

| it all depends how much you eat. Each person is diff and one set amount of cardio isnt the right amount for ever. |

| what do u mean by 12 week cycle?? also abs are made in the kitchen so post your diet and let people help you fix it....when your bulking your cant be worried about losing your abs....when you cut youll get them right back...IMO your overtraining....lifting legs twice a week and doing cardio in between is brutal. get your diet in check before ne thing |

| Bro this is no easy answer because it sounds like you have dedicated yourself to getting big now your trying to get leaner. From here on out its diet and cardio and the gear is another category. Post your diet so we can figure it out. As for the gear, there are two categories bulk and cutting and some that fit into both, then there are orals and injections. That's another thread to get started later after we figure your diet out. |

| ye, figure out the diet first. theres no set way of gettin the abs. its different methods for different individuals. get that diet posted up bro. Thats the biggie. i wouldnt say you need to run any gear for what you are tying to achieve. |
