Ummm sorry no it doesn't..Trust me bro ilived in Lima Peru for over 2 years and spoke spanish very well and had to sing that song many times..

Looks like we are all right it is sung dif ways in dif areas but that sill makes no sense since the words are still the same but used backwards so the other version is saying birthday happy..Doesn't make sesne but they do sing it that way.

EVen in southern california where the language commonly spoke is spanglish they say it that way....
