New to the site. Site name is Seminole killa. I'm looking to put on some muscle mass I need help and all the advice I can get. I started working out again last week.

Age 27
Weight 151
height 5-10
body fat 8.9%
Bench Max 170
Squat 220

Here are my goals I want to weigh 175-180, Bench 220 and Squat 300. And like everyone else get some big biceps. I'm eating 6 meals a day. Calorie intake is between 3500 and 4100 (before I would eat between 1500 and 2000 calories a day). I have increased my calorie and protein intake a lot. I keep track of everything I eat. Protein I try to get between 220g and 260g a day. I'm lifting heavy weights and low reps.

I'm taking Cell-Tech and protein shakes. I'm going to weigh in this Friday to see how much weight I have gained. I know I have gained some becuse my pants are getting tight. I need all the help I can get.

Cals look good but what about your meal plan on getting it? What are you eating daily? Do you know what to eat? If so let us know. 6 meals is good but if your not eating the right stuff gains are going to be disappointing.

I eat like this every day since I started working out last week. This is what I ate yesterday and everyday is pretty close to this.
Breakfast
2 eggs, oatmeal and 2 cups of milk, Creatine shake (on off days)

sna: Vienna Sausage 20oz of water

Lunch:
Chicken Breast and Leg, Mash Patos and Gravy, white beans, 2 cups of choc. Milk.

sna; 1 cup of Taco Soup

Dinner: Spagetti and 2 cups of milk

sna Protein shake with milk.

yeah you definately need to increase your protein intake, you should shoot for 230g of protein a day, and your cals need to increase as well, you are looking a little on the low side to be bulking.

one question for you why do you take creatine on off days only? i would take it right after your workout when you have depleted what you normally store in your body

Thanks for all of the advice and I will increase the protein and try to increase the cals as well. I take the Creatine everyday. Yesterday was just my day off from working out.
