| Hi! Just thought I would introduce myself.I'm an Ex-bodybuilder who wants to get back into it but lacks motivation. Just a quick rundown:When I worked in a factory 5 days a week 8 hrs a day I had no problem working out because of the routine(i would just use a weekend day or so as cheat days). Trouble is for the last 5 yrs I've been given promotion after promotion which is not a BAD thing! However I feel my body is suffering MAJORLY for it. Another rundown:The shifts I work now are 12 hr days (and nights, swaparound)but i work three days on 2 days off. Because of the mental stress and a routine that really buggers up your eating and training (shift work)I havent lifted a weight in 5 yrs@! I currently stand at 6 feet and weigh 260 lbs (not in a good way) and am approaching disasterous fat levels. I ve done it before so i can do it again...but any words of motivation and (or)new techniques would be of great value to me,,,cheers guys! |
