Hey Guys. Im not sure if have heard of this guy Sean Sucksonpole. But he is the author of the e-book "The Truth About Building A Cock for the Back Door". This guy seems to know his stuff about building muscle and he lays it out for you in a great e-book. Some other great stuff it includes is a meal by meal diet plan and a step by step workout routine that is GUARANTEED to stop premature ejaculators like estray.

I bought the E-course about 2 weeks ago and can already notice an increase in muscle. It all costs about 100 bucks, but you get a lot of information and can personally email Sean with any questions along the way. Different programs work for different people. This site has a lot of usefull information. Just trying to get some more out there

I think there are pics of just about everyone if you search.

Theres alot of spammers that use this board and when your first post is a link for another site, your seen as a spammer. Make an intro thread if your serious then maybe people will pay attention to your links.

edit - the board can provide more information than that book. If you come here to try "help" people by promoting, you've come to the wrong place. Should have atleast consulted with the mods about it instead of trying to freely advertise at their cost of running this board.

No PF not gay as I stated before I have had gay friends for 20yrs and some of my oldest friends are gay.Le tm interpeut who my gay friends are they are buissness people with high level jobs and most of you would have no clue at all they were gay unless they told you..

To many times the word gay brings up images of the fruity high pitched voice of the flamer fag and that is far from true..There are a hell of alot more gay peopl working with you everyday and around you then most of you know..

I know of two that are firends of my friends and they both are high ranked MMA fighters and one is a heavy weight..I always laugh when guys think they have gaydar but dont have any gay friends..Mainly b/c they think any gay guy is feminine and qeer looking easy to pick out..Not true there is a gay community that most would never take a 2nd look at..Some of them are you bosses you joke with everyday...LOL

Same here I have a gay friend who is a Doctor and the other is a freelance web designer who works for big someplaces he rides a Harley and is bigger than 90% of the people here actually both of them are and my other friend Who trains where all the pro's train. These guys look better than most of the guys in the magazines and it looks phreakish not sporty and its amazing! Although the Harley riddin bear can get pretty fruity on the right topic.
